Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of iAsians Studio at iAsians.com. By using the studio you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

The service

iAsians Studio turns a short topic you write into an illustrated 30-second vertical 9:16 video in one of our house styles (Paper Host, Blueprint Cutaway or Animated Map), with native voiceover and captions in one of seven Asian languages. The studio is in beta. Features may change, and we may pause generation at times to keep the service stable.

Plans and billing

Origami (Free): 1 free custom video per week (resets 7 days after each free video when signed in with your email), with a small iAsians.com mark in the corner.
Bento: $12 a month (or $120 a year, equivalent to $10/month), billed by Stripe, for 12 custom videos per 30-day monthly cycle. Unused monthly videos on Bento do not roll over.
Shogun: $28 a month (or $276 a year, equivalent to $23/month), billed by Stripe, for 35 custom videos per 30-day monthly cycle. Unused monthly videos from the single preceding month roll over for 1 month (up to a maximum balance of 70 videos).
You can upgrade, switch plans, or cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your plan keeps working until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Prices may change. We will tell you by email at least 14 days before a change applies to you.

Your content and commercial rights

You keep the rights to the topics and text you provide. Bento and Shogun subscribers own full commercial rights to the videos they download and may use them in ads and posts on Reels, TikTok, Shorts and anywhere else, with no iAsians.com watermark (or their own custom corner mark). Free Origami videos may be used for any lawful purpose, but they carry the iAsians.com mark, which you may not remove or crop out. The studio's software, house styles, signature characters, music beds and templates remain ours. You are responsible for making sure the claims in your videos about your products or topics are accurate.

Acceptable use

You may not use the studio to create or attempt to create:

sexual, nude or other adult content;
hate speech, or content that attacks people for who they are;
harassment, threats or content targeting a private person;
political campaign content or disinformation;
impersonation of a person, brand or organisation, or fake endorsements;
promotion of illegal goods or services, scams, gambling or get-rich-quick schemes;
content that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or privacy.

You also may not scrape the site, automate requests, resell access, share one account between businesses, or try to get around the quotas, the safety check or the corner mark. We may decline prompts, pause or close accounts that break these rules. If we close a paid account for a clear breach, we do not refund the current period.

Availability

We work to keep the studio running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. Daily and monthly limits across the site may delay new videos for everyone.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The studio is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

You can stop using the studio and cancel anytime. If we ever shut the studio down, we will give active Bento and Shogun subscribers at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused part of a paid billing period.
