Privacy Policy

This page explains what iAsians.com ("we") collects when you use iAsians Studio, why, and how to have it deleted. We keep as little as we can.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign in, contact support, or subscribe to Bento or Shogun. We use it to sign you in and to reach you about your account.
• Your account and quota: your plan (Origami, Bento or Shogun), how many videos you have used this month, your billing period dates and your corner mark text.
• Your render history: the topic you typed, the style, language and voice you picked, the 5-beat script we wrote and when. This powers My videos and lets us enforce the safety rules.
• A hashed network address. We do not store your IP address. We store a one-way hash of it so we can limit free trials to one per visitor per week and stop abuse.

Payments

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. iAsians.com never sees or stores your card number. We receive from Stripe your email, a customer ID, your subscription status and billing dates. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment details you give them.

AI, scripts and voices

When you generate a custom video, your short topic (or edited 5-beat script) is sent to the Google Gemini API to write the 5-beat script and synthesize the voiceover in your chosen language. Videos are drawn and recorded in your own browser, so the finished video file is created on your device.

Cookies, local storage & analytics

We use strictly necessary and first-party cookies to run the studio: one session cookie (__Host-ia_s) that keeps you signed in, one owner cookie (__Host-ia_admin) for the site dashboard, and a first-party link-attribution cookie (__Host-ia_attr) when you arrive via a short link or campaign URL so we know which channel referred your visit. Stripe sets security cookies during checkout. We also store your cookie preference and studio drafts in your browser's local storage. For traffic and conversion measurement, we use cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics and aggregate, non-identifying event counters. There are no third-party advertising cookies or cross-site ad trackers. You can review or update your cookie preference anytime using the Cookies link in the footer.

Where data lives and who sees it

The site and database run on Cloudflare. Stripe processes payments. We do not sell or rent your data, and we share it only with these providers so the service can run, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it is active. Render history and hashed addresses are kept for up to 12 months for abuse prevention, then deleted. Stripe keeps payment records as tax law requires.

Your choices and deletion

To see, correct or delete your data, send a request through our Support contact form from the address on your account. We delete your account, render history and corner mark within 30 days. Cancel any active Bento or Shogun subscription first, or ask us to do it in the same request.

Children

iAsians Studio is designed for creators, educators and businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 18 for paid subscriptions).

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell active subscribers by email.
